Refund Policy

Last updated: 22 August 2026

This policy applies to application, registration, tuition and other program-related payments made to PGCIAGLOBAL. The enrollment agreement or admission letter for a particular program may contain additional terms, and applicable consumer or education law will always prevail.

Application and registration payments

Application, assessment, processing and registration charges are generally non-refundable once the relevant service has been provided or processing has begun. Any exception will be considered only where required by applicable law or confirmed in writing by PGCIAGLOBAL.

Tuition and program fees

A student may request cancellation in writing before the applicable program start date. Approved refunds will be assessed against the enrollment agreement, services already delivered, administrative costs and any non-refundable third-party charges. Once a program has started, fees for delivered instruction, materials, facilities or services are not refundable.

Program cancellation or material change

If PGCIAGLOBAL cancels a program or makes a material change that prevents delivery, we will communicate available options, which may include transfer to another intake, credit toward a future program or a refund of eligible undelivered fees.

How to request a refund

Send a written request through our Contact page with the student or applicant name, program, payment date, transaction reference and reason for the request. We may ask for identity or payment verification. Requests are reviewed promptly and approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practicable.

Exclusions

Refunds do not normally cover bank charges, currency conversion losses, third-party charges, accommodation, travel, equipment or costs caused by a student’s failure to attend or comply with program requirements, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
